Orders cannot be canceled once production has started, as each piece is made specifically for you.

5. What is your return or exchange policy?
We have a no refund policy. Exchanges are only possible if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, reported within 24–48 hours.

6. Will the color be exactly the same as shown?
We try our best to match colors, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences.
