📜 Terms & Conditions – Mehroo

By accessing and placing an order with Mehroo, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. All products offered by Mehroo are made on order, ensuring premium quality and exclusivity; therefore, slight variations in color, design, or handwork may occur due to lighting, screen differences, and the handcrafted nature of our dresses. Orders are confirmed only after customer verification, and production begins once the order is finalized. The standard delivery timeline may vary depending on design complexity but is usually communicated at the time of order.

Mehroo offers Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan, and in some cases, advance payment may be required for custom or high-value orders. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, and Mehroo will not be liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect information. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified after processing has begun, as each piece is specially prepared for the customer.

We maintain a strict no refund policy; however, exchanges may be considered only in the case of damaged or incorrect items, provided the issue is reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear proof. Minor differences in embroidery, color tones, or stitching are not considered defects. Mehroo reserves the right to refuse exchange requests that do not meet the criteria.

All content, designs, images, and branding associated with Mehroo are the intellectual property of the brand and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
